Noel & Amy
Noel and Amy Garrett are the founders and owners of Iron Rock Farm. Their passion, determination, and willingness to tackle just about any project have shaped the farm into what it is today.
Amy is the heart behind the animals. She has an incredible ability to know what each one needs, from the smallest detail of their care to the bigger picture of their well-being. She’s also the creative force behind many of the farm’s projects, and as a skilled builder, she’s not afraid to turn an idea into something tangible.
Noel keeps the farm moving. He manages the day-to-day operations and is always ready to take on whatever project Amy dreams up next. Together, they make the kind of team that can turn a piece of land into a place people remember.
Ethan & Taylor
Taylor and Ethan have been married since 2018 and are raising their son, Broncs, and daughter, Lawson-Layne, right here on the farm.
Taylor is the oldest daughter of Amy and Noel. She homeschools Broncs, and loves sharing the farm experience with the next generation. Taylor has a fondness for the events hosted at Iron Rock Farm and loves helping create meaningful, memorable experiences for the families and guests who visit.
Ethan complements her perfectly. He’s a natural with the animals and can operate just about any piece of equipment on the property. From cutting trees and clearing land to building fence and working cattle, there isn’t much he won’t take on.
Max & Haley
Married since August 2024, Max and Haley bring energy, creativity and plenty of hard work to Iron Rock Farm. And for Haley, that love of the farm unexpectedly grew into something of her own.
After helping her parents care for the animals, Haley found herself drawn to the sheep and ready for a new creative direction. A fresh business venture, Woolly Ever After, was born.
Through Woolly Ever After, Haley is bringing the magic of the farm to celebrations beyond Iron Rock, with a Valais Blacknose sheep that can join couples for their wedding cocktail hours, special events or photoshoots.
While Haley brings the creativity, Max is always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed, whether that means hopping on the tractor, feeding animals or tackling whatever task the farm throws his way.
